TL;DR
I'm a PMP-certified program and portfolio lead with 20+ years of global delivery. I manage programs and projects from inception to closure, and I work with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Legal, Risk and Operations to drive alignment. I give leaders one intake, one prioritization model and one decision cadence, so they see the whole portfolio in one place and act on it sooner.

About Me & How I Work
💡
My approach, core competencies, and collaboration style.
Approach & Philosophy
Turning ambiguity into a roadmap a team can actually execute.
I take ambiguous, high-impact business problems and turn them into clear strategies, scalable operating models and predictable execution. My work sits where AI, Engineering, Product, Legal, Risk and Operations meet. I bring the right people, processes and technology together and carry an initiative from concept through launch, stabilization, adoption and sustained scale.
I started by building PMOs from the ground up and leading global HR and business transformations. Over time that work has grown into GRC, privacy and AI governance: enterprise-scale compliance programs, modernized global privacy operations, and AI-driven governance and monitoring.
In practice, that comes down to five habits:
One view of the work. Every request comes through one intake, is scored on impact, urgency and dependency, and lands in a P0/P1 roadmap tied to OKRs and staffing.
Clear ownership. Each stage has a named owner, a standard artifact and a decision forum.
Baseline first. I measure before I change anything, so the result can be proven.
Humans in the loop. Every AI draft is reviewed before it reaches leadership.
Risk every cycle. Dependencies and risks are reviewed on a cadence, so nothing surprises us at launch.

What leaders say
Twelve leaders, managers and clients have recommended me on LinkedIn, in recommendations written between 2010 and 2022. The same themes come up: a fast learner, calm and results-focused in ambiguity, someone who holds people accountable and earns stakeholders' trust.
“Reshma has been easily navigating in global cross functional teams, paid attention to timelines and details, held people accountable to them and was managing and mitigating projects risks and issues. In particular I am impressed about her result orientation in face of ambiguity as well as her analytical capabilities.”
“Reshma understands how to analyze data and share the story in ways that senior leaders relate to… She knows how to manage roadblocks and raise issues quickly to senior project leadership so they can be mitigated quickly.”
Kate LoritzTransformation change leader · same team · 2022
“She started out on what we had thought would be a six-month Project Management engagement and ended up spending nearly 4 years at Microsoft on a mission-critical project!”
Mahesh KrishnamurtiCEO & Board Director · senior to Reshma · 2014
“She has done a phenomenal job becoming an expert and developing trust with our business partners during an incredibly complex SAP transition for our India subsidiary.”
Chelsea CarterPrincipal Program Manager, Microsoft · managed Reshma directly · 2013
“She managed one of the complex transition process keeping multiple stakeholders in a fine balance… She can lead a project with minimal directions.”
“She is a solid analyst, understands processes and can guide teams as a leader to the right solution. She [led] our Payroll Launch for India which was very successful.”
I welcome conversations about program and portfolio leadership, PMO and governance design, risk and compliance programs, and AI-enabled operations. If your organization is standing up a PMO, aligning competing priorities or preparing for a major launch, I'd be glad to discuss how I can contribute.
